1. Exclusive Membership

ChessRocks is an exclusive chess society, not a traditional coaching service. Membership is by application and selection only.

2. Application Process

By submitting an application with ₹2,499 fee, you understand:

  • Application fee is non-refundable but applicable against membership if selected
  • Selection process includes application review and possible interview
  • Seats are limited and selection is competitive

3. Membership Commitment

Monthly membership fees are billed in advance. Minimum 3-month commitment is recommended for optimal results.

4. Results Guarantee

While we provide proven systems and personalized attention, individual results depend on commitment and practice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Membership can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.

6. Community Guidelines

Members agree to maintain respectful conduct and contribute positively to the community.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, systems, and content are proprietary to ChessRocks.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
